I help women figure out what’s actually broken in their business, and what to fix first.

Spoiler: it’s often not what you expect!

Hi, I’m Josie!

I have an MBA and a natural obsession with strategy, systems, and spreadsheets. I'm the person who walks into a messy situation and immediately starts seeing patterns: what's working, what's not, and where to focus first.

But honestly? I didn't start out planning to do this. Life had other ideas.

In 2017, just months into my post-MBA career, I suffered a concussion that turned into debilitating post-concussion symptoms. Keeping a full-time job became impossible. Eventually, I had to quit.

It was scary. But it also forced me to think differently about work, income, and how businesses actually function, because suddenly I had to build my own from scratch, with no safety net.

So I did. I started my own businesses, figured things out the hard way, and got really good at spotting what separates businesses that work from ones that feel like constant chaos.

Turns out, it usually comes down to a few core things: unclear priorities, missing systems, and nobody stopping long enough to look at the full picture.

That's exactly what I do for my clients.

I work with women who are running businesses that feel messier than they should, whether they're just getting started or have been at it for years. We figure out what's actually holding things back, make a plan, and get to work.

No jargon. No fluff. Just clear thinking and a path forward.

I'm based in Ottawa with my husband and our two daughters. When I'm not working, I'm usually travelling — preferably somewhere warm and near the ocean.

I also invest in real estate — my husband and I own a few rental properties in Ontario, which keeps things interesting.

I am passionate about helping as many women as possible grow their wealth, because I know that this will make the world a better place.

How does helping women make money help the world?

I’m so glad you asked.

Because when women build wealth, they don’t just lift themselves, they lift everyone.

It might sound cliché, but research actually shows that women reinvest more of their income into families, communities, and causes that make the world stronger and more equal.
